Every repository has a brief
Each product repo carries an agent brief with its architecture rules, security invariants and UI standards, so AI agents work inside the same constraints as the team.
Game & software studio
EarthQuick builds deep mobile strategy games and the tools technical teams use every day. Two games live on Google Play, two self-hosted team products and the framework they all stand on, built with AI agents at the centre of how we work.
Products
Six products across three lines, sharing one engineering culture: small teams, strict architecture rules and measurable performance.
Deep, offline-first mobile games. Both are live on Google Play.
Self-hosted tools for technical teams: talk, connect, ship.
The backend framework and UI kit our products are built on.
AI-native studio
We are a small studio shipping six products. AI coding agents are part of daily development in every repository, and we design our own stack so that agents can work with it as well as people do.
# Architecture: the server does the work
- The server stores records, runs VPNs, connects
to targets, authenticates and enforces permissions.
- The client only displays results and forwards input.
- Secrets never leave the server.
- Records are never stored unencrypted on disk.
- Every interaction lands in the audit log.
- Every behaviour change ships with tests.
Each product repo carries an agent brief with its architecture rules, security invariants and UI standards, so AI agents work inside the same constraints as the team.
Six skills and two commands teach coding agents QuickShot and QuickUI in projects that only consume the packages: setup, architecture, data, authorization, platform services and components.
AI subagents implement the same feature with EF Core and with QuickShot, release by release. We track tokens, turns and compile errors, and API changes cut hand-written code by 34%.
We reuse what we build. QuickTeam's API runs on QuickShot; our games share tooling for content validation, store listings and multilingual sites.

About
EarthQuick is a game and software studio. The name is the idea: steady lines, then a sharp jump. We like long stretches of careful engineering that end in something that moves fast.
We build for two audiences: players who want depth on their phones without being online, and technical teams who want their tools on their own servers. Both get the same things from us: honest data, measured performance and interfaces we are proud of.
Games that play without a connection; team tools that run on your infrastructure.
Performance and AI-cost numbers are re-measured in CI and published with their limits.
Encryption at rest, server-side credentials and audit logs are defaults, not add-ons.
